You are responsible for safe-guarding the Freedoms and Liberties you have enjoyed and for passing them on to the next generations. Don't "Drop the Ball" This book is very easy reading and provides much insight into the "Original Intent" of the Constitution. It should be require reading for all citizens of the US. It translates the legalese of the original era into modern, understandable terms.

The book "The Constitution Made Easy: A Tea Partier's Guide" is a must have for everyone. The full title is misleading. The book legitimately translates the working in the Constitution from "legalese" (some over two hundred years old) into plain English. While the preface and introduction are decidedly conservative, the translation shows no bias and the book makes a great reference when one wants to know what the Constitution REALLY says on a given subject.
I purchased these as gifts to some young people I know. The Constitution isn't being taught today like it should be. The book does a good job to show what our rights are as Americans. This is a must read for today's young people!!!
This book was definitely written with a political agenda (even the subtitle tells you that). I really learned a lot about the Constitution as it was originally intended even though I have a very thorough study of the constitution while in law school. I also learned a lot about the Tea Party. I strongly suggest this book to everyone: 1) if you are a Tea Partier or Libertarian to see what the Constitution meant in the Founder's mind, 2) if you are a Republican or Democrat to find how the other side thinks and sees the Constitution (and perhaps to understand your own understanding).
